Per our guidelines, students are only eligible to have one application open at a time.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. After submission you'll hear from us within 2-3 weeks.
After submitting your St. Thomas application, you must also submit an application to your affiliate program. Access to the application portal will be made available after attending an individual advising appointment (for summer, semester, or academic year programs) or a group advising appointment (for J-Term programs).
For an international program, a valid passport is required. Please visit travel.state.gov to begin your application.
If you already have a passport, please review the expiration date. There must be six months of eligibility after your return date for your passport to be valid. To renew your passport, visit: travel.state.gov.
An immigration visa may also be required for your program. Please read all pre-departure emails thoroughly for more information.
