We provide a wide range of amenities that match the diverse needs of our campus community. Our department encompasses resident dining, catering services, and convenience locations.

  • We offer fresh, nutritious food, while employing sustainable, socially responsible business practices.
  • We dedicate ourselves to providing outstanding customer service, food and hospitality.
  • We are committed to an environmentally friendly operation and to adopting sustainable practices within each of our locations.

COVID-19 Response

Dining Services continues to create strategies to support social distancing and disease mitigation across its dining locations and catering operations. This fall, patrons will notice many changes – from fewer tables and chairs and line control mechanisms, to the use of plexiglass shields and new ccontactless payment options.

New protocols for social distancing and hygiene include, but are not limited to:

  • Revised occupancy capacities
  • New take-out meal options
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas
  • Removal of reusable options (mugs, cups) and self-service items
  • Required use of masks when not eating, including while in line to receive food
