Innovation & Technology Services (ITS) is the University of St. Thomas’s technology division. This unit includes Information Security, Networking, and Budgets, Assets & Inventory - all working together to safeguard the University's information systems, identity, and data assets.
This unit is dedicated to the implementation of technical solutions both internally to ITS and for enterprise systems across the university. Operating from a customer-centric lens, they manage risk and operational complexity to continually evaluate and evolve vital university systems.
This unit is responsible for customer-facing support. They partner with each department to understand their needs and evolve their technology ecosystems.
This unit serves as an innovation hub supporting learning, teaching, and research at the intersection of people, pedagogy, and technology.
This area is responsible for the holistic collection, management, storage and reporting of individual and university data. They partner with units across campus to design systems that integrate the University’s information.
