Department of Human Resources – HR Partners

The HR Partners provide professional support and advice to faculty, staff, and administration on human resources-related matters including recruitment, staffing, workforce planning, employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, organization development, diversity management, career and professional development, and performance management. Each HR Partner is aligned with a specific group of academic and/or administrative units.

Employee Assistance Programs

The Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provides cost-free professional consultation and referral services for staff and faculty who are experiencing work and personal-related difficulties. Immediate family members are also eligible for EAP services.

Confidential consultation is provided in areas that include: 
Work relationships 
Conflict resolution 
Mental health 
Interpersonal relationships 
Loss and bereavement 
Alcohol/substance abuse
