Flynn Residence Hall - Apartments

Situated at the northern end of campus, Flynn is a Residence Hall that is composed of apartments and suites - one style in each wing of the U-shaped building. The back of the building has a patio facing the North Athletic Fields; residents enjoy cheering for Tommie baseball in spring.

The apartments give students an opportunity to experience apartment life while still enjoying the amenities and advantages of living on campus. (Read details on Flynn Suites on a different page.)

Number of Floors and Residents	308 residents live on floors LL-7 with an elevator
Configuration	Apartments are located on each floor of the building, configured as studios (for 1 person), 2-bedroom (for 2 people), or 4-bedroom (for 4 people). They include a living room, storage room, full kitchen (refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave) and a bathroom with a tub/shower unit for every two people (i.e. 4-person apartments have two bathrooms; 2-person and 1-person apartments have one bathroom). The building is co-ed and single gender by apartment.
Common Areas	First floor common areas include a hall desk, community room and TV lounge on each side of a double-sided gas fireplace, plus an outdoor patio. Study lounges are located on floors 2 through 6. Laundry rooms are available on all floors.
Furniture Included	Bedroom furniture for each student includes: Loftable extra-long twin bed and mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet space. The living room has a couch, chair, end table and coffee table. Kitchen islands (which are static or movable depending on the apartment) come with stools. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and sink.
WiFi, Cable, Internet	All residence halls come with wired and wireless (wifi) internet connections and cable television access.
Heating and Cooling	Thermostat in apartment for forced air heat and central air conditioning
Meal Plan	Not required for Upper-Division students, Required for Second-Years
