Accommodating Dietary and Nutrition Needs

If you have special diet needs due to medical, cultural or ethical reasons, we are here to help. The Dining Services team includes a registered dietitian, who is available for consultations with any student. Our dietitian can help students with food allergies or intolerances and locate foods that are safe to eat.

For those who adhere to special diets for cultural or ethical reasons, we can help you choose foods that fit your needs. And because the health and well-being of our students is so important, consultations on nutrition and healthy eating are also available.

To assist us in accommodating those with special dietary needs, please fill out the Individual Dietary Needs Form. If your dietary restrictions are related to a medically diagnosed condition, Disability Resources requires a signed Physician Form be submitted to the Dining Services office in ASC 351.

Once the appropriate documentation is received, our dietitian will contact you to coordinate the next steps. Medically diagnosed conditions require a consultation with a Dining Services staff member from your preferred dining venue.
