Introduction
I am an alumna from the University of St. Thomas and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. I subsequently completed my residency in Internal Medicine and am a board-certified internist. I have been working at Health Services in some capacity since 1995, initially as a consultant.
In 2009, I joined Health Services full time and am the Medical Director as well as a primary care provider. I have participated in the full spectrum of primary care over the years and am fortunate to be able to provide health care for the University of St. Thomas students. I enjoy supporting students as they learn the skills of managing their own health and learning to interact with the health care system. My clinical interests include all facets of primary care with special interests in chronic health problems, public health, preventative medicine, dermatology, and mental health.
In my free time, I love volunteering, spending time with my family, and enjoying many outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, fishing, skiing, hiking, and tennis.
