In addition to our virtual visit offerings, St. Thomas will be open for a limited number of in-person visits for seniors and transfer students starting on July 15. We are not able to accommodate walk-in visits at this time, so please click below to schedule your visit.

    Go to your  application portal.  Select “create account” and use the same email address you used to apply for admission. 

    Applied St. Thomas app?

    Go to your application portal. Select "login to my account" and enter username and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the prompts to choose a new one.

    Confirming deposit: Reserves your spot in the class. If you want to attend St. Thomas this fall, you have to submit this by June 1.

    Housing deposit: Puts you on the list for on-campus housing. On-campus housing is not guaranteed, and assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

    The confirming deposit is a $200 fee that goes toward enrollment processing costs. The housing deposit is $200 and is credited toward your first bill.

    Both deposits are fully refundable until June 1.

    NOTE: Due to COVID-19, the deadline to submit confirming deposits and request refunds has been extended from May 1 to June 1. Check our website for updates on the university’s response to COVID-19.

    Print the Deposit Mailing Form and mail, with your deposits, to the address listed on the bottom of the form.

    NOTE: We are still receiving mail, but we won’t be able to process it as fast as usual since most of our staff is currently working from home.

    We’ll be flexible and lenient with all deposits received via mail during this time, but we recommend you submit your deposits online to expedite the enrollment process.

    If that isn’t doable for you, please contact your admissions counselor to let them know you'll be sending deposit(s) through the mail.

    June 17 – Deadline to submit the housing preference form, the course preference form and complete placement exams
    Week of July 27 – Housing and roommate information emailed to student's St. Thomas account
    Aug. 12 – Official move-in date emailed to student's St. Thomas account
    Aug. 29 - Sept. 4 – Move-in Days for first-year students
    Sept. 4-7 – Welcome Days for new students
    Sept. 8 – Opening celebrations and first academic advising meeting
    Sept. 9 – First day of class

    Financial Aid and Scholarships

    Your acceptance letter contained information about your St. Thomas scholarship or award. You will receive a supplemental comprehensive financial aid package if you completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

    Be sure to check on other St. Thomas scholarships (including some full-tuition ones) you may be eligible for.
