Applied St. Thomas app?
Go to your application portal. Select "login to my account" and enter username and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the prompts to choose a new one.
Confirming deposit: Reserves your spot in the class. If you want to attend St. Thomas this fall, you have to submit this by May 1.
Housing deposit: Puts you on the list for on-campus housing. On-campus housing is not guaranteed, and assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
The confirming deposit is a $200 fee that goes toward enrollment processing costs. The housing deposit is $200 and is credited toward your first bill.
Both deposits are fully refundable until May 1.
Print the Deposit Mailing Form
and mail, with your deposits, to the address listed on the bottom of the form.
Both the confirming and the housing deposits are fully refundable until May 1. The admissions office must receive an email or written request for refund dated (or postmarked) by May 1 to process your refund(s).
Deposit(s) will be refunded within three weeks of the initial request in the form of original payment.
