Group Visits
Each year, St. Thomas welcomes groups from high schools, charter schools and community-based organizations to our St. Paul campus. Group visits are available on select Tuesdays during the St. Thomas spring semester. All visits include a 30-minute admissions presentation and an hour-long campus tour, followed by an optional lunch paid for by St. Thomas. Our Policies
We do our best to accommodate as many groups of high school students as possible, but group visits will not be accommodated:
- During admissions events or university breaks or holidays
- The week of midterms and finals
- The month of January
Please note:
- Group visits consist of a tour of our St. Paul campus and a 30-minute admissions presentation. The admissions presentation will cover information about both our 4-year program and the Dougherty Family College.
- Group visit requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do reach capacity quickly.
- We can allow a maximum number of 50 students.
- Visiting students must be in grades 9-12.
- We can accommodate one group visit per week.
- One adult chaperone is required for every 10 students. It is the responsibility of each chaperone to monitor the behavior of their students. Improper student conduct can result in a group losing future visit privileges.
- If you are driving vehicles other than a bus, or taking public transportation, please get in touch with the Visit Team.
- The University does not pay for group visit transportation.
- A complimentary lunch on campus is available upon request.

10:15 a.m. - Admissions Presentation*
10:45 - 11:45 a.m. - Campus Tour*
11:45 a.m. - Optional Lunch in the Cafeteria
12:30 p.m. - Departure from campus
