Accessible seating
There is no designated seating area for guests with accessibility needs. Ushers will assist guests as they are seated.
Accessible parking
On-campus parking will be free on Friday, May 12 in the Anderson Parking Facilities and the red/yellow surface parking lots. See parking options on the PDF version of the Campus Map.
Guests who have an accessible parking certificate, or have limited mobility, accessible parking is available in Frey Parking Garage.
Wheelchair & Scooter Rental
Because of the layout of the campus and the distances from the parking locations to the ceremony site and in order to have an enjoyable event, some have found a wheelchair or scooter of great assistance. Guests in need of mobility equipment may contact the following two local businesses who are willing to assist with these requests. Rental arrangements are made on an individual basis with these companies prior to the day of inauguration and are on a first come first serve basis.
