Northsider, a residential dining venue, opened in September 2020 and provides a second large residential dining venue to the campus. The layout of this new dining location features forward-facing cooking, so diners can see our culinary team preparing food at each station.

What is the G8 station all about? It's a special spot, accessible only to those with food allergies and intolerances, that is free of the top eight food allergens. The station is enclosed to prevent cross-contamination with food from the other stations that may contain allergens. Foods available in this station will be free of wheat, peanuts, eggs, milk, soybeans, nuts, fish and shellfish.
Similar to all St. Thomas dining venues, our menu is built around fresh, nutritious food, with an eye on sustainability and socially responsible business practices.
