Introduction

Becca (she/her) completed her PsyD at the University of Saint Thomas. Becca deeply values diversity and works from a strengths-focused multicultural perspective to partner with people in the context of their experiences, cultures, and systems. She hopes to build a relationship rooted in respect and warm acceptance, starting from the assumption that each person brings their own wisdom and strengths regardless of what struggles they may be experiencing on their paths. She is integrative of self-compassion and compassion practices, mindfulness practices, interpersonal therapies, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused interventions, and holistic approaches working with the whole mind and body.

Becca also loves facilitating groups. She loves groups because they give a way to work together through problems with a community of support instead of in isolation, a way to see that we are not alone in our struggles, and a way to learn about our relationship patterns and try new things in a lifetime instead of talking about it out of context. Personally, Becca loves hiking, creativity of all kinds, reading, music, trying new foods, and exploring new places.
