About Sarah Chamseddine, Volunteer Engagement Manager
Sarah Chamseddine, M.A.T., is a University of St. Thomas alumna, earning her undergraduate degree in political science and sociology and her master's degree in theology from the Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity. Currently she is a Program Manager in the Center for the Common Good, where she works closely with the Tommies Together Volunteer Center and manages the center’s local community engagement initiatives. She oversees the Tutor Mentor Program, Tommie Shelf, Shelter Crew, and Peace Meals.
Prior to joining the team at the Center for the Common Good, Sarah spent ten years in Campus Ministry where she worked directly with students to develop and run faith-based programs and oversaw the ecumenical, multifaith, and interfaith initiatives of Campus Ministry.
Sarah’s move to the Center for the Common Good is in a sense a homecoming, as she volunteered in the Tutor Mentor program as a student and was the graduate assistant for the previous version of the center.
Outside of her professional duties, Sarah enjoys cross-stitching, gardening, and making magical experiences for her two small children.
