RENTING SPACE AT THE BERNARDI CAMPUS

Based on factors such as availability and type of event, individuals or groups may rent some of the spaces on the Bernardi Campus for events such as receptions, conferences, seminars, and lunches or dinners. Spaces available for rental include the dining room, main floor common areas and the rooftop terrace. If you are interested in renting space, please notify the campus director Thanos Zyngas (tjzyngas@stthomas.edu) at least three months in advance.

Anyone who rents space on the Bernardi Campus must abide by the policies and regulations listed on this website unless special arrangements are made by the campus director and the contact organizers.

Up to two hours: €400
Two to four hours: €600
Over four hours: €800

Set-up and clean-up for all events will be billed at the rate of €75 per hour.

A temporary hold may be placed for up to two weeks. A €100 non-refundable security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit is applied to the final rental bill.

All amounts charged in euros will be converted into dollars using OANDA.com based on the currency exchange rate of the day of the event.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Bernardi Campus. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard and the rooftop terrace. Use the ash cans provided.
