Virtual Personalized Appointment for 4-year Students
Schedule a one-on-one meeting to speak a member of the St. Thomas community over the phone or by video conference (Zoom). A staff member will reach out to you via email with further instructions.
You may select an appointment with the following departments:
- Admissions
- Financial Aid
- A faculty member in your major of interest
- Campus Ministry (can include meetings with a Catholic Priest, Protestant Minister, Muslim Chaplain or a Jewish Rabbi)
- Dining Services (dietitian)
- Disability Resources
- Music (Band, Choir or Orchestra)
- Student Diversity and Inclusion Services
- Saint John Vianney College Seminary
- Veterans Services
We can accommodate some appointment options in languages other than English with advanced notice (1 week preferred). Please indicate your interest in these appointment options when you complete your campus visit registration.
