- Three separate single user restrooms to be located on the Minneapolis Campus in Terrence Murphy Hall, Opus Hall and Schulze Hall.

Lee and Penny Anderson Arena
The Lee and Penny Anderson Arena will be the new home for the Tommie Men's and Women's Ice Hockey and Basketball programs! Located on the University's south campus in St. Paul, the arena will also include state-of-the-art practice facilities for both ice hockey and basketball. - Creation of a Mental Health Education, Prevention & Outreach suite
- Located on 2nd Floor of CWB
- Space will be utilized for training, workshops, counseling & events for students and staff
Athletics Fueling Station
Completion Date: Fall 2023
- Full-time nutritionist to assist athletes with nutritional needs
- Screens for educational and instructional videos
- Grab and go foods for athletes to fuel their bodies to continue to operate at peak performance
- Space is for UST D1 athletes only

- University's central home for STEAM education at St. Thomas.
- STEAM education describes the exciting connections among science, technology, engineering, the arts and math.
- Opened on February 5, 2024.
Saint John Vianney
- Saint John Vianney College Seminary began their building expansion in February 2022.
- Zeman Construction was the contractor working directly with the SJV team.

Summit Classroom Building Renovation
