Center for Well-Being

A healthy outlook starts with a healthy mind and body. Learn to practice mindfulness, get healthy sleep, stay fit, play a sport, and get professional health support when you need it.

Exercise and Recreation

The Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex offers a number of options for staying in shape and having fun. Additionally, the McCarthy Gym serves south campus with sports/workout facilities and trainers.
