Please join us for the following meditation sessions offered each week by the Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation, a joint project of the Office for Spirituality and the Wellness Center. Each session is free of charge and open to the public. No previous experience is required. We look forward to seeing you there!

Beginning on Wednesday September 27th, join the Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation every week from Noon - 12:30 pm for a break from the stresses of everyday with Meditation. Wednesday sessions will be held in the Anderson Student Center Meditation Room (ASC 251) each week.
We are excited to introduce a new collaboration with the Dougherty Family College in Minneapolis.
Monday mornings at 8:30 AM, student-led mindfulness meditation will be held in the Student Commons in the Lower Level of the DFC. All students, staff, and faculty members are invited to join and participate in a practice that attempts to meet the unfolding conditions of life with a calm heart, an open mind, and an enduring sense of ease and compassion.
