St. Paul Parking Ramps
The UST St. Paul campus has four parking ramps available for visitor parking. Hourly parking at the Anderson Parking Facility and the Morrison Parking Ramp is available between 5:00 am and 2:00 am. Visitor parking at the McNeely Ramp and the Anderson Student Center is available after 4:00 pm. There is no overnight visitor parking in these ramps.
$1.50 for the first hour or any portion of the first hour before 4:00 p.m.
$1.00 for every hour or portion of an hour after 4:00 pm.
$25 for a lost ticket
$25 for rejected/declined credit cards
There are two methods for visitor access to the ramps.
1) You can swipe a credit card at the gate to enter. Upon leaving, you will swipe your credit card again to exit. The length and cost of your stay is automatically determined by the times of your card swipes.
2) You can also take a ticket at the gate to enter. You will need to take your ticket with you when you leave your vehicle. Upon returning to your vehicle, you will first go to the paystation to pay. Paystations are located in the elevator/stair lobbies of each ramp. Enter your ticket in the paystation for the total amount owed. Enter payment. Your ticket will be returned to you after payment. Enter the ticket at the exit gate to leave.

Take a hard right at the end of the drive aisle. The visitor ramp entrance is the eastern entrance beneath the residence hall.
McNeely Parking Ramp
Visitor parking is available at the McNeely Ramp only after 4:00 pm and on weekends. The McNeely Ramp entrance is located within parking lot K, underneath McNeely Hall.
Anderson Student Center Parking Garage

You MUST take the voucher to the paystation. If you attempt to use the voucher at the exit gate, the gate will not open.
UST Departments and organizations can purchase vouchers for their guests through a Request for Service (RFS) or at the Parking Services Office, in the lower level of Murray Herrick. At the Request for Service page, select Public Safety & Parking Services, Visitor Parking Reservations and then either the St. Paul or Minneapolis campus.
