Meal Plan Changes & Cancellations
Deadline for Spring Semester: 4:00 pm on Friday, February 12, 2021
All students* are able to change or cancel their meal plan thru the second Friday of the semester by 4:00 pm. Changes and cancellations received after 4:00 pm will be rejected. After the 2nd Friday, students will not be able to make any changes or cancel their meal plan.
*This does not include residential students who have a meal plan requirement per Residence Life
How to Change or Cancel Your Meal Plan
Students living on campus must go through Murphy Online to make any changes or to cancel their meal plan. If a residential student has any questions or issues with that process, they should contact Residence Life.
Students living off-campus must send an email by the deadline to firstname.lastname@example.org if they want to change their meal plan or cancel it. The email should include the student's full name, ID number, the meal plan they currently have, and the meal plan they want to change to or state "I would like to cancel my meal plan."
"Tommie Tomcat, ID # 123123123. I have the block 150 meal plan and I would like to change to the block 70 meal plan."
"Tommie Tomcat, ID # 123123123. I would like to cancel my meal plan."
