There are a number of resources both on and off campus to support interest and research in art history.
The department offers several scholarships, including the Patricia Jaffray Scholarship for work with the American Museum of Asmat Art at the University of St. Thomas, and a Student Research Grant to support travel for research. Students have also received the the Stanley E. Ryan Endowed Scholarship for the Arts in recognition of work both in the classroom and outside of it. See Research Opportunities for more information.
The art history student club is open to all interested in the arts. Members of the group take advantage of the many rich arts programs and institutions in the Twin Cities.
