CultureLink Tea: ‘Welcome to St. Lucia’ St. Thomas Newsroom October 20, 2011 Agnes Alphonse, an international student from St. Lucia who is studying social work at UST, will speak today, Thursday, Oct. 20, at International Student Services’ second CultureLink Tea for 2011-12. She will talk about her picturesque home country, which remains relatively unspoiled with green mountains, valleys, wild orchids, fishing villages and volcanic rock beaches.The CultureLink Tea series features different countries in monthly presentations. Today’s presentation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. See beautiful St. Lucia through Alphonse’s eyes.
