Once the appropriate documentation is received, Andrea Cossetta, Registered Dietitian for Dining Services will contact you to coordinate the next steps. Medically-diagnosed conditions require a consultation with a Dining Services’ staff member from your preferred dining venue.
While UST Dining Services makes every attempt to accommodate students’ individualized dietary needs, please be aware that all UST Dining Services’ locations prepare items containing egg, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat. Questions about ingredients should be directed to a Dining Services Manager. In addition, there is always the possibility of cross-contact and suppliers and manufacturers may substitute or modify products at any time, without notifying us. Individuals with food-related dietary concerns should be aware of these risks. It is the responsibility of individuals with food allergies or nutritional concerns to make the final judgment about whether a food item is appropriate for them. UST does not assume liability for adverse reactions to food consumed from any UST Dining location.
