2015 Symposium

Dimensions of Cuisine

The 2015 Honors Symposium took place the last week of April around the theme of “Dimensions of Cuisine.” Events included a blanket-tying service project (blankets were donated to the Dorothy Day Center) and student and faculty presentations on the importance of cuisine and sustainability in our daily lives.
