Pre-Law Society has been busy preparing students for law school and for their future careers as attorneys. This semester the group has already hosted a practice LSAT test under testing conditions, so that they are prepared for the test this June. Club members have also started an LSAT study group for individuals planning on taking the exam in the next few months.
On March 21, Pre-Law Society hosted Ramsey County Attorney John Choi, who discussed his path to becoming a lawyer and his work with sex trafficking and police brutality. The club will host its annual Attorney Networking Event on April 24th, as well as an event on the Future of the Law, which will focus on the role of neuroscience and technology in our legal system. The Pre-Law Society also hopes to have a speaker come in to talk about criminal justice reform.
