As Senior Lead Council, she:

  • Provide legal, regulatory and compliance advice to Senior Executives.
  • Advise on the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise-wide investigations program, sales practices oversight, and enterprise conduct reporting and oversight.
  • Consult on regulatory commitments and compliance of the frontline sales practices and conduct programs and Independent Risk Management governance and oversight of the frontline operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop enhanced data analytics and reporting capabilities for executive management and board-level reporting of insider threat, conduct risk and investigations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional legal advice across subject matter experts, internal and outside counsel (data privacy, whistleblower protections, discrimination matters, BSA/AML compliance, SAR filings).
