John is a Principal in the Tax Account Analysis practice at Ryan. Previously, John served as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young within its National Tax Department and as a Special Trial Attorney and Senior Attorney with the Large Business & International division of the IRS. In that role, he led IRS litigation efforts in significant cases and provided legal and procedural advice to revenue agents and IRS Appeals Officers. John has also served with the Minnesota Department of Revenue managing its legal department.
