Represent Hennepin County Family Child Care and Foster Care Licensing Departments and the Department of Human Services in Administrative Hearings and Fair Hearings regarding Family Child Care and Foster Care licensing actions. Provide legal counsel to the county. Draft exceptions and memoranda for case.

One of three attorneys on a rotation for a multidisciplinary team at Corner House, an inter-agency child abuse evaluation and training center. Observe interviews of victims and witnesses, consult with teams, and assist in case reviews.

Handle all Hennepin County Emotionally Disturbed and Developmental Disability cases. Voluntary placement documentation, Court reviews and legal counsel for the county.

Handle the Sexually Exploited Youth cases and am part of a multidisciplinary team consulting on cases submitted to child protection.
