Prospective English Major/Minor Information Session
Learn how smart thinkers, insightful readers, amazing writers, and gifted storytellers can benefit from the St. Thomas English program!

Prospective English majors and minors are invited to learn more about the various options for English at St. Thomas, including the following:
- Our four major tracks, which focus on literature, creative writing, professional writing, or secondary education
- Our highly flexible minor (just four courses of your choice beyond the core literature/writing requirement)
- Ways you can research alongside professors or develop your own projects through the Young Scholars & collaborative Inquiry Grants programs
- Internship options for English majors and minors and what our alumni are doing now.
- Our BA/MA program
A free lunch will be provided.
