Date & Time:

Friday, November 18, 2016
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Location:

St. Mark's School, an elementary and middle school that is an easy 5-10 minute walk from campus

We have an exciting service opportunity coming up on Thursday, November 17th, and Friday November 18th at St. Marks School. The school loved having Scholars come and help out at Oktoberfest and is looking for Scholars to help distribute wreaths from 2:00-5:00pm on both days and looking for as many volunteers as we can provide.

If we get enough volunteers there would be two 90 minute shifts each day, but just let us know if you have any time constraints in your email. The school is looking for help simply passing out wreaths that people have already ordered. Items will be clearly marked and separated, no collection of money is involved and volunteers will only need to find names on the spread sheets to determine what to distribute to each person.

Ed Cassidy the school’s Athletic Director will meet with volunteers beforehand to give you the run-down. Also the distribution will be outside so please dress appropriately (but it is right outside St. Marks school so if you need to go inside to warm up you can).

St. Marks is an elementary and middle school that is an easy 5-10 minute walk from campus. If you need any help with directions please just shoot Meghan Peterson or Katie Ray an email.
