Students are invited to take a study break with the Wellness Center at 10 p.m. today, Monday, April 16, in the O’Shaughnessy Room (“Leather Room,” 108), O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library, for a late-night chocolate meditation.

Refocus and relax before an upcoming test, or just refocus and relax because you can. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel to be more comfortable during this half-hour meditation.
