UST students, staff and faculty are invited to submit their favorite, easy-to-make healthy recipes to be included in a cookbook by the Wellness Center. Recipes will be reviewed by a dietician prior to inclusion in the book.
E-mail recipes to the Wellness Center by Thursday, Dec. 9; include your name and if you are a student, your major and year. Participants also are invited to include a brief explanation of why that recipe was chosen or a favorite occasion for which it would be prepared. Students who submit a recipe will be entered into a drawing; the winner will receive a $50 gift certificate for the Whole Foods Market.
Once the recipes are compiled into this first cookbook, be sure to stop by the Wellness Center and pick up a copy. The book will focus on healthy recipes with simple ingredients that are easy for college students with limited time and budget.
