WebViewer replaces RFS form Friday, adds training dates
Friday, Sept. 21, marks the last day space and event requests can be made using an RFS form.
After 4:30 p.m. all space reservations will need to be made through WebViewer, a Web-based interface. WebViewer is a universitywide events calendar that can quickly retrieve information about availability of a location, and request space.
WebViewer replaces the Facilities Scheduling RFS form. WebViewer offers greater flexibility for schedulers when planning events and more information for potential attendees.

WebViewer adds training dates
Additional WebViewer training dates have been scheduled. They are:
- Wednesday, Sept. 19, 9-10 a.m., Room 301, Terrence Murphy Hall, Minneapolis campus
- Thursday, Sept. 20, 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, St. Paul campus
