Ushers needed for graduate, undergraduate commencement ceremonies
Commencement ushers are needed for both graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 19.
Volunteers are needed to greet and welcome hundreds of guests to the St. Thomas campus, distribute programs, seat the elderly and mobility impaired, direct guests to receptions, etc.
The undergraduate ceremony in Coughlan Field House begins at 3 p.m. Ushers report at 1:30 p.m. The graduate ceremony in Coughlan Field House begins at 7 p.m. Ushers report at 5:30 p.m. Each ceremony usually lasts just over an hour.

An informational meeting for volunteers will take place in early December.
