Preliminary Tommie Award voting is under way

Be a part of St. Thomas history and vote for the three  nominees you believe are most deserving of the 2010 Tommie Award. Students, faculty, and staff can vote online today or tomorrow to select the three finalists.

The Tommie Award has been presented to a senior annually since 1931 and recognizes accomplishments in scholarship, leadership and campus involvement.  The St. Thomas community selects the recipient of the award, which represents the highest ideals of the university.

When you access the ballot you will be prompted for your St. Thomas username and password. If you are not sure of your password, visit the password Web site. You also can contact the IR&T Helpline, (651) 962-6230.

A profile and photo of each of the 25 nominees is provided at the voting Web site. For each nominee, you can view:

  • A personal profile of scholarship, leadership, and campus involvement.
  • A ré sumé.
  • Three testimonial statements.
