The Wellness Center and the Psychology Department are offering free Stress Reduction classes from 5:05 to 6 p.m. Mondays in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

Reduce stress through guided relaxation techniques, meditation, breathing awareness and mind-body exercises. The goal of this class is to provide the space and time for a group practice of these techniques and to guide participants in developing their own approaches to stress reduction that can be practiced anytime and anywhere.

Come as you are, although it is best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Feel free to bring a blanket or cushion on which to sit or lie down.
