Please remember in your prayers Nancy Marchio, Computing and Communication Services, who died Nov. 24.

Nancy had worked in computing since she came to St. Thomas 29 years ago. Her most recent position was process analyst.

Dave Naugle, who remembered hiring Nancy in June 1972, said she was a hard worker and very independent.

Her long-time lunch partner Judy Edwards said Nancy had a very dry sense of humor. "She was hysterical to be around," said Edwards, who heads the Perkins Loan Program at St. Thomas. "She was a wonderful cook and her grandkids were the apple of her eye."

Nancy had been suffering from bone and lung cancers since last spring.

She will be remembered in prayer today at the 12:05 p.m. Mass in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Southern Funeral Home, 414 Marie Ave., South St. Paul.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the Church of St. John Vianney, 789 17th Ave. N., South St. Paul.

Arrangements are being made by J.S. Klecatsky and Sons Southern Funeral Home, (651) 451-1551.
