The University of St. Thomas has received notification from the city of St. Paul that parking in the lot located just south of the Summit Avenue and Mississippi River Boulevard intersection is restricted to park patrons.
Signs are posted in the lot that prohibit “school parking.” The park, which overlooks the Mississippi River, includes a memorial to World War I veterans.
