The St. Thomas Dance Club will host tryouts for the spring semester in February 2011. Those who wish to be a part of the UST Dance Club for the spring semester should not register for an 8 a.m. class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Regular practices are held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the AARC dance rooms. Tryouts dates and times for the spring semester are:

Just have to dance? "The St. Thomas Dance Club is a wonderful outlet," remarked Andrea Gussel, the club's marketing and social director. "We will compete and have two shows in Brady Educational Center over the spring semester along with other possible performance opportunities."
The club's mission statement, she added, is to "provide dancers with an outlet for their talent, while improving the community both inside and outside the University of St. Thomas campus. To promote health, wellness and a positive body image for young women in celebration of dance."
