Councils host all-staff forum Oct. 9
The Nonexempt Staff Council and newly formed Exempt Staff Council invite all UST staff to attend a topics forum and chili lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9. This is a simulcast event in Room 252, Terrence Murphy Hall, Minneapolis campus, and in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, St. Paul campus.
Lunch is provided at both locations; lunch will include chili (veggie and beef), cornbread and refreshing ice water.
The annual October forum at UST provides Minneapolis and St. Paul staff a chance to meet with administrators to learn about and discuss topics of interest.
Guest administrators include:
- Dr. Susan Huber, the new interim vice president of academic affairs
- Dr. Mark Vangsgard, vice president of business affairs (with an update on the building projects)
- Edna Comedy, associate vice president of human resources (who will discuss the diversity and mission portions of the staff performance evaluations)
- Dr. Mark Dienhart, executive vice president and chief administrative officer (who will talk about why it is great to work at St. Thomas)
