As communicated through Information Resources and Technologies’ Alerts page yesterday, Banner was inaccessible for an hour due to a hardware issue. From 10 p.m. until midnight today, Wednesday, Nov. 10, Banner will be unavailable while technicians finish the hardware repair.

The following production systems will be affected by this outage:

  • RMS
  • Optix
  • AppWorx
  • ODSP
  • Cognos
  • IDM
