This summer, the garden project donated more than 900 pounds of fresh produce to local food shelves while it provided opportunities for University of St. Thomas undergraduates to conduct research on biodiversity.
Courses begin Wednesday, Sept. 21.

At this Saturday’s commencement, graduating senior Max Shapiro will have a special guest in the crowd: Gail Butler, mother of the late Cole Butler ’02. Shapiro was awarded the Cole Butler Memorial Scholarship through the University of St. Thomas his freshman year.
The recitals are free and open to the public.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to bike or walk to work at least one day that week.
In order to ensure no loss of paid leave time, record your time off by June 30.
This year’s goal is to achieve a 55 percent participation rate.
