The faculty at the University of St. Thomas School of Law is a distinguished group of teachers and scholars with an impressive mixture of skills, expertise and experience. Faculty members are recognized for their extensive professional and scholarly proficiency, most are experienced both in the classroom and as practicing lawyers, and 11 have advanced degrees in disciplines other than law.

Most importantly, our faculty members are outstanding teachers who understand the challenges of integrating faith and reason in the search for truth. Our faculty members share a strong commitment to a faith-based legal education and a dedication to preparing students for a legal career.

In addition to 30 full-time faculty, the School of Law regularly welcomes adjunct professors from throughout the Twin Cities legal community. Our adjuncts include some of the most respected judges and lawyers in the Twin Cities and the wealth of knowledge and expertise they bring to the classroom gives students a unique view of a variety of challenging subjects.
