Request an Official Transcript
St. Thomas students may request official transcripts online or by completing the Transcript Request Form. Online orders may be sent electronically to the desired destination. Paper transcripts requested via the Transcript Request Form can be mailed or picked up from the Office of Student Data and Registrar on the St. Paul or Minneapolis campus.

Please note: The Registrar's Office does not hold transcript requests for future activity (such as the posting of grades or awarding of degrees). Please submit your transcript request after your grades are posted or degree has been awarded.
