Tech Desk Services

The Tech Desk is your best single point of contact for all technology related questions, comments and requests.

All inquiries to the Tech Desk are tracked and recorded for immediate resolution or routed to our staff for additional actions and follow up.

We offer assistance via phone, email, walk-up desks, and through self-service resources. ‌

The Tech Desk

We offer support to the whole campus by phone at email at the Tech Desk for your technology related needs. Our student workers are happy to assist you in resolving your requests in a timely manner. 

ITS asks that if you are experiencing difficulties with your personal computer or game console to bring it in person to our walk up desks located on both campuses for troubleshooting.

Walk-up Assistance

We provide technical assistance, even on personally owned laptops, through our Tech Desk CentralTech Desk Minneapolis, and Center for Student Achievement walk-up counters located on both of our campuses. Students employees are available to assist with ensuring laptops have the latest virus protection and all operating system patches. They’ll also suggest professional help if specific problems cannot be resolved at the desk.
