All students are invited to kick off Tech Mindfulness Week with Yoga in the Library for some relaxation, recovery, and some time away from your electronic devices.

Yoga is meant to alleviate mental and physical stress by combining movement and meditation in an effort to achieve peacefulness.

Join us for an hour in the O’Shaugnessy Frey Library Room 108 on Monday, February 19th from 7:00-8:00 PM.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat! All participants will be entered into a drawing for one of five University of Saint Thomas Wellness Center yoga mats.
