Approximately 75 professional and graduate student staff members are employed in the Division of Student Affairs.

Campuswide programming is provided by a variety of groups on campus including Campus Life, Residence Life, the St. Thomas Activities and Recreation (STAR) board, and the Diversity Activities Board (DAB). There are opportunities to serve as mentors or be mentored through Student Diversity & Inclusion Services. Events for students on campus include dances, movies, lecture series and other events. Each year over 1,000 students are involved in intramural sports available through Athletics. Whether you are interested in sand volleyball, floor hockey or dodgeball, there are many intramural sports in which to participate.
Over 65% of our professional staff possess a Master's degree or above in their area of expertise. Eleven staff in the division hold a doctorate degree. Approximately 30% of our professional staff are alumni of the University of St. Thomas.
