Healthy Campus

The Division of Student Affairs will support a healthy campus by providing collaborative and coordinated divisional programming.

Learn to Live

Student Affairs has partnered with Learn to Live, an online option for students who struggle with stress, depression or social anxiety, to provide help in the privacy of their own residence, at any time. Students can enroll for free, confidential access to any of Learn to Live’s three interactive programs – Social Anxiety; Depression; or Stress, Anxiety and Worry.

Culture of Respect

Culture of Respect is an initiative dedicated to strengthening sexual violence prevention and response on college campuses to build a culture of respect.  As a Culture of Respect campus, St. Thomas collectively completed an evaluation to identify strengths and gaps in sexual violence prevention and response efforts at the University of St. Thomas. Using the results of this evaluation, the leadership team will develop an Individual Implementation Plan for the University of St. Thomas.

360 Proof

St. Thomas has joined an initiative called 360 proof, a joint initiative between the NCAA and NASPA that provides a comprehensive, evidence-based program that helps participating schools reduce the consequences of high-risk alcohol use and enhance collaboration between athletics and student affairs.
