The Society for the Doctrinal Affectation of Baroque Music opens its 2017 season with a concert of chamber and organ music. The concert features organist and harpsichordist David Jenkins, liturgical music director at the seminary, and guitarist Christopher Kachian. They will be joined by St. Thomas art historian Michelle Nordtorp-Madson, who will present her popular mini-lectures about the art and architecture that was popular during Bach’s time. Guest artists will also include violist Gerry Gaul and violinist Cece Gaul. Selections for the evening include works by Bach, Handel, Buxtehude and others.

This concert is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in Lots P, X and Y.
