Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation

The Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation (the PMC, as we often refer to it) has the mission of creating space for supporting and educating the University of St. Thomas community in meditative and contemplative practices.  Its vision is "inspiring compassion and wholeness in every moment."

Begun as an initiative of the Wellness Center (now known as Health Promotion, Resilience and Violence Prevention) and now a joint project of the Office for Spirituality and Health Promotion, the PMC sponsors weekly meditations, among its programs. Check out the PMC website to learn more.

Weekly Meditations (Saint Paul Campus)

All are invited to get away from the hectic rhythm of life and encounter a space of silence and spiritual depth as we practice different kinds of meditations.

Every Wednesday, from 12 to 12:30 p.m.
ASC 238

No prior knowledge or experience of prayer or meditation forms is needed.
